GENERAL INFORMATION

Gregory T. Blum was born in San Antonio, Texas, and has been a lifelong resident of the city. Engaged as an independent fee appraiser in real estate appraisal practice since 1984.

APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE

Types of property appraised include single-family residences, small residential income properties, low-rise and mid-rise condominium units, historic dwellings, waterfront properties and vacant residential land tracts.

Appraisal assignments have been undertaken and completed throughout Bexar County, as well as Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Harris, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Llano, Medina, Uvalde and Wilson Counties.

Appraisal reports have been accepted by numerous banks and thrifts, mortgage companies, credit unions, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, and third-party and in-house employee relocation companies. Field reviews and desk reviews have also been completed for various lending institutions.

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Maintained a continuing education since 1983 including the completion of various real estate courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, San Antonio Board of Realtors, American College of Real Estate, The Columbia Institute, McKissock Data Systems, Lincoln Graduate Institute, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Federal National Mortgage Association.
