Forty-three years varied experience, engaged in the appraisal and analysis of various real property interests including fee simple, leasehold, and rights-of-way; extensive experience reviewing the appraisal work of others. Assignments have included retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, single-family residential, agricultural, special purpose and mineral resource properties. Appraisals have been conducted throughout the Western United States. During the past 34 years appraisals have been in concentrated in Texas.
Appraisal clients include law firms, mortgage companies, mortgage bankers, banks, municipal housing authorities, HUD and others.
